Return Eligibility

a. To be eligible for a return, refund, or replacement, the following conditions must be met:

The product was purchased directly from SPEER MART E-commerce Store.

The return request is made within 2 days from the date of delivery.

Received wrong item

Received defective item

Exclusions:

Requests for items that are not the same as sent will not be entertained.

Damage caused by the customer while opening the parcel or damage to electronic items will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

We do not replace or refund for damage to packing boxes during courier transit.

The item is in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

In case if the product received is slightly damaged based on usability company will decide the refund percentage. if the product is fully damaged or non usable case we will issue full refund with proper unboxing video.

Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.

Return Process

Once the return is authorized, please carefully package the item , we will arrange the return pickup in case of some reason , if we are unable to arrange return you might be able to securely ship it back to us at the address provided by our customer support team. You postal as it could be economical and safe.

c. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a wrong item or a manufacturing defect.

Refund Process

a. Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process the refund.
b. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
c. Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take 7 to 10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Replacement Policy

b. Once the return is authorized and the item is received, we will offer a replacement of the same item, subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

a. If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, please contact our customer support team at the earliest. In case we are not available on chat or call and unable to receive your cancellation request. we won’t be able to process the cancellation.
b. If the order has already been shipped, in case due to some reason you are not able to receive the order for some reason from your side we won’t be able to refund shipping , packing, restocking fees and transactional charges of 3% for payment gateway .

South India: 3 to 5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and government holidays).

North India: 7 to 10 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and government holidays).

Delivery Attempts:

Our logistics partners will attempt delivery three times. If the recipient is not available, we will charge for reattempting the delivery.

Shipping Charges:

Free shipping on all orders above Rs. 5000.

Orders below Rs. 5000 will have a delivery charge.

Pan India Delivery:

We deliver across India, ensuring that your orders reach you, no matter your location.

Urgent Orders:

For urgent orders, we offer expedited shipping with extra cost. We will process these orders through air mode to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Connect through chat support through website to get exact shipping charges after you place the order. Incase if courier company unable to deliver on time we won’t be able to refund your shipping charges as those are not in our control.

Express Delivery for South India: 2 to 3 working days.

Express Delivery for North India: 3 to 5 working days.

Natural Calamities:

While we strive to maintain our delivery timelines, there might be situations beyond our control, such as natural calamities, which can impact regular or express delivery.

In such cases, the delivery timeline may be modified, but it will not exceed 15 days from the date of order placement.

Pincode Non-Serviceability:

At SPEER MART, we strive to ensure that our services cover as many areas as possible. However, there are certain pin codes where Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are non-serviceable through our primary courier partner, Delhivery. In such cases, we would like to inform you about the available options:

Conversion to Prepaid Order:

If your pin code is non-serviceable by Delhivery for COD orders, our team will contact you to convert the order into a prepaid order. You will be required to make the payment for the order in advance.

Shipment through Reliable Private Courier:

Once the order is converted to prepaid, we will arrange for shipping through a reliable private courier that services your pin code.

Final Decision:

The final decision regarding the order will be yours. You can choose to convert the order to prepaid and have it shipped through a private courier, or you may decide to cancel the order.

Terms for pricing Error :
